About Quinns Rocks
Located within Perths Coastal Northern Corridor is Quinns Rocks, formerly established in 1962 as a rural townsite around Quinns beach, the areas main amenity. The suburb has since seen expansive growth as is located within the heart of Perths northern coastal strip.
As part of the City of Wanneroo, the suburb is home to many families alike and spans a large strip of the north coast. The area is approximately four and a half square kilometres and is dominated by parkland, coastal wildlife and hills of all sizes! Boasting a wealth of facilities and amenities as surrounding estates and suburbs continue to establish, it remains a very desirable location.
