Hi, I’m Blake. If you’ve already forgotten my name—that’s okay! I’m a Licensed Real Estate and Business Agent with one of the highest qualifications within the industry—a Triennial Certificate, which I qualified for at the age of 25!
My journey into real estate is that of an interesting one! It began at 14 and a half in a retail store, where I required my mother’s written permission to take on my first customer service role. Those early years taught me the value of communication and hard work, laying the foundation for my career today. Nearing a decade later, after attending a dinner party by a local agency, my passion for property and connecting with people was ignited. Now, you’re likely reading this, weighing up what it means to move forward – and I’m ready to walk alongside, beginning with your home and the story it represents.
My love for real estate is deeply connected to my experience of building my own home at 21. It provided me with a very personal appreciation for homeownership, which I bring to every client. Specializing in Perth’s Northern Corridor, I’ve had the privilege of appraising approximately half a Billion dollars in residential real estate and have personally sold & settled in excess of $45,000,000 and counting.
